The ISEC Foundation is nearing the end of its second year. The plan was to give ISEC a manner for sharing profits with local charities, and to give ISEC employees a chance to express their giving spirit. In the past two years, the Foundation has supported the Ronald McDonald House Charities with over $100,000 in donations, but more importantly with individual volunteers who have given their time. The Gift of Giving has given people a chance to donate to charities that they are personally committed to.

Over the two years of gifts, a wide variety of charities have benefitted, from animal sanctuaries to national organizations. Some people have kindly shared their connections to the charities and causes that they have selected. One of the unexpected results of forming the ISEC Foundation has been the ISEC employee’s willingness and desire to do more. The chance to give more has created the Casual for a Cause project, local collection drives of soda can tabs, and house renovations.

The ISEC Foundation has picked up momentum from the success of ISEC and the generosity of ISEC employees. It has expanded its efforts to help in global crisis, and at times of national tragedy. The ISEC Foundation will continue to evolve and expand in ways that will benefit our local communities and our culture as a company.
